There is a meatball thread on this page that has a bunch of recipes.

You can also make tacos, turkey burgers or anything alse that you would make with ground beef. I personally like turkey chili.

I make Turkey MEatball soup!

I do not have the exact recipe but I can give y ou something off the top of my head.

to MAke meat balls

ground turkey
1 egg
bread crumbs
parsley

Mix together and make small meatballs...about the diameter of a quarter.

Brown the meatballs, in a little vegetable oil, in the post that you are going to make the soup in.
Cut up carrots, onion and celery (make sure to put some of the tops of the celery staks also...the part with the leaves!! That makes the soup better) in a dice.

after meatballs have browned...take out of pot...let drain on plate with paper town.
then you cook the onion, carrot and celery until the start to sweat!

Add canned chicken stock. This depends on how much you are making. I used the large cans (about 40 oz or so). Add in 2 cans of diced tomatos. Add some ground black peper and/or Mrs Dash. do not add salt...the stock is salty enough.
bring to boil, lower soup to simmer and add meatballs. Let cook until meat balls are cooked all the way through!

I make some pasta on the side...but you can add some little pasta like the small bowties, or Diatale.
Serve with grated cheese and some crusty bread and you have some meal!!

We just made a Turkey Meat Loaf. It's the same recipe as regular meat loaf, but we add some vegetables like peppers, mushrooms and or celery.

And even better there are usually leftovers for sandwiches :)
