i have a question about flying...
I hope you ladies can help. Whenever I get on a plane I have a terrible experience. The pressure affects my ears so badly that I feel like my head is going to explode. The one and only time my FH and I went away I scared the hell out of him because I was in so much pain!
Before that trip I had gone to an ear doctor and he told me take an antihistamine about an hour before take off and landing. It helped a little bit.
But i heard that there is some sort of nose spray you can take that helps faster than taking a pill. Does anyone know anything about this? or know anything that will help me?
Any suggestions? I'm freaking out because the honeymoon is coming up!
