I have a questions about Hampton Inn - Exit 63 on North Ocean

I remember seeing a couple of brides using this hotel.

If you are, did the hotel provide a shuttle for your guests to the reception?

How many rooms do you need booked and what price?

We're going to be using the Hampton Inn. We have to have 10 rooms booked and then we get the free shuttle to and from the reception. Our block rate is $139pp.

Thanks halloweenbride04, I need some leverage when I go.

The free shuttle is key for us. If we can't get the free shuttle, we'll go somewhere else. Who did you talk too?

I am pretty sure that's the one we are using...Hampton Inn Brookhaven? in Farmingville?

Anyway we got the rate of $129 per night for our guests, it's a deal they have with Villa's. We get shuttles for our guests to and from the reception. It will be one pick up to bring them to the reception and then one to bring them back.

We spoke with Jennifer, I don't remember her last name.
Hope this helps.

Hi Our guests got 119 a night, but I know it goes up in April. We are still considered off season. You have to have 10 rooms blocked to get the shuttle. We are staying there too so we can have breakfast with people the next day. They also have airpoirt service. I spoke to Jennifer. She is the thrid person who has had this position in the last year and a half, but she is also the best! Try hamptoninn.com you can even take a tour of the rooms.

When we looked there the woman I spoke to told me that since our reception goes until 12:30 that their shuttle does it's last run at 11 (or 11:30) so that didn't work out for us. We ended up booking someplace else which doesn't have a shuttle at all but we didn't want to encourage people leaving an hour and a half early just b/c then they wouldn't have to drive the 20 mins back. We're going to rent a trolley I think - I have to call them to get prices though. Good luck!!
