I have a quick question about an resume I sent out

I emailed it to the company but was curious if I should do a follow up email or should i call this indivdual. I sent it out around 11:00 today.

Should I do a follow up?
If so, should I call or email?

It is for a job similar to what I am doing now but with perks.

T, not sure if this is moot by now, but I would let it go at least a day or so and then call and say you are following up on a resume you had sent.

I know sometimes people wait a few days to get a number of resumes and then go through all the resumes and pull aside the ones they want to get back to.

I get annoyed when people call to check up on their resumes ( we don't have HR, my boss & I handle hiring in our dept)

I guess with email, you may want to make sure nothing happened, but I would wait untill Monday.
