i have a site to recommend..
aftr reading a few brides experiences with communicating with vendors and emails... one said a vendor lost something, another vendor claimed to not have recieved an email, another vendor claimed she would refund some money via email and then never followed up.. i want to recommend a site i use.. it's called readnotify.com.. no i'm not an owner, and i don'nt get any commissin from the site.. i use it actually when i want to prove to my daughters father that he read an email that he swears he never received... ![]()
basically what it it is a return receipt program.. u send an email and then when the other party opens it u get return receipt showing they received it in the inbox, they opened, how many times they opened it and how long they opened it for each time.. it even gives u a geographic range of location for the isp computer that they opened it on.. and it's admissiable in court.. god forbid anyone ever needs to prove an email was read in court it is considered a legal document.. i am not currently communicating with any vendors via email but if i ever have to, i'd use this program or something similiar.. i hope anyone communicating via email takes advanatge of this program or a similiar one so that they can have proper documents.. its' a shame that it comes to this with some vendors bu better safe than sorry.
hth someone!
