I have a stupid question.

I've been on BP forever. So that just makes this question even more ridiculous.

But what specifically about BP makes you gain weight?
Is it an increase in appetite or something to do with hormone levels? Because when I google it - I'm getting mixed answers.

it has to do with both.
it depends on how it affects your body.

it's mostly the hormones that causes you to gain some weight, but if you try for a low estrogen one, it'll cause you to gain less weight.
