I HAVE AN IDEA.....SHARE THE PIX THAT MOTIVATES YOU!!

Let's post photos of ourselves of where we would like to be. Or where we looked and felt our best.

Below is a photo from our honeymoon Aug 2002. All I did was change up my w/o routine. I was not even watching my intake or doing anything different.

Whenever I feel like quitting, I look at this photo and it keeps me motivated to get back to where I want to be.

There I was about 165, very toned and muscular. Right now I feel like I am losing my muscle definition and I do not like how I feel.

I have now started watching my portions and I have changed up my workout routine. I am making wiser choices and I am more active with weights and more cardio 5 days a week. I am serious. I know where I want to be and I know what I need to do.

I don''t even see a difference. But you know yourself the best how you like to look and how you like to feel when you look good!

I don''t have a pic of myself that motivates me but I have one of a model. I''ll scan it later!

I use these photo''s as my inspiration.This was sorority formal 2000 (a week after we returned from Mexico)

I''d like to fit back into those jeans

I have a photo of myself before WW and its on my fridge as a reminder and motivation that I dont want to be at that weight again.

My thing is that I dont have a before picture of myself....I was always average weight. I am doing something now that I have never done before. So for inspiration, I just say that I want to look better for the wedding and the honeymoon.....Thats my inspiration. I am doing it for myself and for my future wife, Danielle

I''ve never been happy with how I look, so now I''m finally doing something about it.

Since I don''t have any good photos of myself to use for inspiration,
I have a pic of a beautiful strapless wedding gown on my fridge.
It does the trick every time!
I know if I eat junk, I''ll never look good in the gown of my dreams.
(Edited so the text wouldn't stretch across the whole page...I hate that.)

Ladies, and gent, I guess pix can be deceiving, b/c there are certain parts of my body that has gotten flabby and I can pinch more than an inch in many places, which I do not like. To the eye I look the same but when certain clothes starts feeling too snug or when I see jiggling happening in places it makes me know I have been slacking off. I have been holding my gut in more recently now, I never had to do that before I have a tire and I want to love how I look in and out of clothes. That is my aim.

Suzanne, how close are you to getting to your goal???

I am like Scott - I don't have any pics that truly motivate me.

But these do and I will scan one later that I love that is at home on my wall.

Mary, that is what I am going for I saw a woman's arm in the gym today and it was beautiful, not too muscular and toned and beautiful. There is this lady that gets out of the subway with me in the mornings, when the weather was warmer, I kept walking behind her to look at her arms, am I weird. I love beautiful toned arms.

2 times in the same day people thought I was FI's daughter (one was at his job where I went with him to fill out some papers and the second was at the car place when we were getting tints for the windows done)
