I would like everyone to know, that tomorrow I am officially off my Nicoderm CQ patches, and have completed the entire program, and its been 2 months and 2 weeks since my last ciggie!!!! Yippy!!! Ciggies no more!

im trying so hard to get my dad to quit. he just lost over 60lbs (he was 280) so now that hes loosing the weight i want him to quit... but its hard i know hes 55 and hes smoked since he was 12.. but hes taking something to help him quit and it makes me so happy!!!

Its hard to make someone quit. I promised Kurt I would quit when we got engaged. I put it in my head that this is a new chapter, and I am closing the party girl Colleen chapter, and wth it goes smoking. My whole family still smokes, except my mom.
