I'm kinda nervous... I haven't been on an interview in 4 years! It's for a very big company in NYC and even though I don't really want to commute into the city i'm hoping they pay me enough where I can do it! It would be a great opportunity. Please keep your fingers crossed that the salary is good!!!! Thanks girls!

Update: Thanks for all the well wishes! I think it went really well!! They asked EVERY SINGLE hard question you can think of, but I came up with answers to everything. The only thing i'm worried about is the salary I asked for... we'll see what happens with that. Thanks again!

First off, congrats! As for pointers, I agree with what the ladies have said so far.

Be yourself.
Maintain eye contact and smile.
Think about your answers for a second before you say them.
Come up with three great positives about yourself and why you would be an asset to their organization.
Research the company and look for any recent press releases so you are knowledgeable.
Turn anything that could be construed as a negative into a positive.
Never under any circumstances badmouth your former bosses, co-workers, or company.

There's nothing wrong with stating what you are looking for (if they ask). Most times if the position is paying lower, then they let you know. I'm sure you will get it!! GOOD LUCK!!
