I have an appointment next saturday at Adriennes in Islip should I go to bridal store in Patchogue or Burton's Bridal? Who do you feel has a good selection? I am really looking at all lace or lace detailed dresses.

personally i did not like burton's at all just too small and cramped and i couldnt see anything - im 5 feet tall and i barely fit in the dressing room

ive totally given up dress shopping this has been the single most painful experience, i duno if im mental, but its like such a huge decision and i just cant make it, im not in love with any dresses, ive tried on 80 already, im kinda sad seeing all the girls buying dresses

Me too i don't understand if its that i am fixated on the whole this is the one feel that some people get. I like two dresses that I have talked about but I am not in love with them. Its just hard because one of the dresses I can't fit in the sample size and I have to kinda imagine what it would look like IoI
So i fig. to keep looking. My mom is away from the beginning of May to just about the end of it and I don't want to wait after May to get a dress because then I may see new designs and then have to wait till July to get a dress and that is cutting it too close.
I have been to the following: Bridal Suite of Bayshore Carmela's in Huntington Lidia's of Copaigue Lillettes of Baldwin (cassa dress I like there) Renates of Lindy (maggie i like there) Davids Bridal Lake Grove
Going to Adriennes and I am trying to figure out what other place to go and THAT IS IT!!! No more because I torture my mom and myself over this.

You should go to paradise bridal in patchogue. I was looking for lace dresses also and the lady who helped me was such a sweetheart and picked out at least ten dresses for me. Her name was Roseann, but I think she only works on Monday and Tuesday nights.

Definetly try Kleinfelds!!! I didn't wanna go there but so glad I did. I love my dress!!! And they have a huge selection!

I found my dress at the Lynbrook Bridal Center. The woman who helped me (Eileen) was wonderful and they have a pretty nice selection. I opted for the shop originally because they had a good amount of dresses in plus sizes.

bridal elegance-phyllis(dix hills). If not to try on dresses, make sure to get a quote on dresses you already like. She'll definitely get you a great deal! They now expanded the shop and have a $99 sale going on

I totally, 100% agree with you girls. I'm driving my friends (well, maybe not so much my friends) but I am definetly driving my family crazy. I'm waiting for 'that feeling' and the more dresses I try on the further I get from my goal....it's really frustrating. Not to mention the fact that I'm super picky to begin with.
I've been to- David's Bridal in Lake Grove Flowerama in Queens Macy's in Lake Grove Helen's in Commack
I'm heading to Klienfelds and RK Bridal on the 19th. I feel like I've tried on about 100 dresses at this point.
