i dont know about teh grad programs there, but I did have some pretty good teachers in undergrad there!

I went to Hofstra for graduate school, but I went for School Counseling. LOVED it. Their professors are fantastic, the program was small.

I just applied there for my Masters of Science in Education for the Early Childhood/Special Education program
how long after you applied did you find out??
i actually applied i would say back in december the deadline was jan 21 and i just found out 2 days ago so it took 2 months not even from the deadline Good luck though maybe ill see you there in Sepetember!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 oh did u apply anywhere else bc right now in at post for that program it was my backup and i started in january. it is really easy to get into just need to send an application and your traanscript no recommendations nothing they let me know the next week after i applied that i got in. also if your interested in studying autism they have a concentration in it which is very rare to find. fm me if you want info. i also work ina school for children with autism. ABA stuff, GREAT EXPERIENCE learn abotu iep's and stuff...

where do you work? that is interesting...i would love love to work with children with autism. you are at post but applied to Hofstra?? I was confused by your comment sorry lol
the only reason i didnt apply to C.W.Post was because they didnt have a dual program for Early Childhood (Birth through 2) and Special Education

oh no Hofstra never told me that there was a deadline for the Sept program?? i got everything in do you think i might not be accepted now?? OH NO
