I have bridal party problems.. HELP!

I have chosen the bridal party i guess about a month ago.. I am having my one 'aunt' as my maid of honor.. her and I are best friends.. we are only 5 yrs apart.. then I am am having my dads sister and my god-daughter.. we are also going to have my FI niece as a flower girl and my moh's son as the ring bearer.. well all was ok, but I have one aunt, that I was always very close with that is not in my wedding party.. if i have her, than i should have my other aunt, and etcc.. so i decided on just this small wedding party.. now this aunt has not said anything to me, but I heard that she is very upset.. now i did not want anyone to have hurt feelings.. what do i do?? i can add her, but then i think that would be weird.. and what do i do about an usher to go with her???? i wanted an equal balance of my whole family represented as my bridal party..but i dont want anyone to feel hurt or left out..

We had one of my aunts do a reading, and my husband's great aunt, who is his godmother, do another reading. Both felt very honored to have been asked to participate in that way.

Here's an Idea....

Give her another important part to play. Maybe she can do a reading at your ceremony if your type of ceremony requires one. Maybe she can make a speach or toast at your reception. Give her a job to do that might make her feel just as importnat as being a part of the bridal party.
