I decided I will go for the virgin mobile phone until I can catch up our bills. Only give the number to our friends. And every week put in money to make sure he does not run out of minutes.
Good idea right. So he can't spend more than his minutes.

word of advice....check out a few other companies before going straight for the virgin mobile! they charge you hidden fees like a connection charge each time you make a call and such.
check out t-mobile's pay-as-you-go...i believe cingular has one too.

I hope it works out for you..I just switched to cingular and they are great! they have roll-over minutes and free nights and weekends after 7. They also have the go phone pay as you go...good luck
