Actually, I don't think it would be that expensive. Those strands hanging from it are crystal chains, which you can purchase at a lighting supply store. I bet the most expensive thing about that centerpiece is the glassware.
Hard to tell if you are serious about really wanting these, it is cool as a signature showstopper piece, but I bet it wouldn't be that bad pricewise.
