Most of my BM are my sisters however I added a friend because at the time we were really good friends when I got engaged.
On two seperate occasions I asked her to go with me to Kate paperie brunch and to a hair/makeup trial. She said yes both times and then backs out the day of. The second time she said she would meet me at the hair trial and she came at the last minute with her mom. We had planned to spend the day going shopping and getting nails done and of course she backed out of that to go with her mom. I am so aggravated at her!! Am I overreacting. So far she has not helped me with one thing. I am starting to feel she is undependable.

I dont think you are overreacting. I am going through the same with one of my BMs too. From now on I am not even asking her to do anything with me. I wish I would of known this before I asked her to be in my BP.....

People can definetly let u down.. Try not to depend on them to much! I do everything by myself.. I even went for my dress by myself. No aggrevation or disappointments! My mom was a lil hurt but she's ok...
I tell everyone what I plan to do, if they want to come , it's cool but I don't expect ANYONE to do ANYTHING! I understand that people have their own lives.. DOn't get me wrong, I would love to have that support from them, but I know that it;s not reality...

I am so sorry. I have learned through this experience, that unfortunately, you realize who your true friends are. No, you are not overreacting. I would feel the same way.
