I have had it (telephone solicitors)- this really is over the top.

We get a call on at my home- we look at the caller ID- it reads 'EMERGENCY 911-###-#### (I don't remember the rest of the numbers) IT ENDS UP BEING CHASE PLATINUM CARD!!!!!!! You have GOT to be kidding me. We are calling Chase tomorrow to complain. To make people think there is an EMERGENCY just to get them to ANSWER their SOLICITATIONS!!!!

there is absolutely no excuse for that! definetly call and write a letter to the BBB.

that is messed up i would def. call chase to complain and tell them NO WAY! are you interested and if they call again you will file a complaint.

Definitely complain - to Chase, the BBB and your phone company. You are paying for caller ID and you demand it be accurate. If their number is not E M E R G E N C Y 911 how do they make it come up like that? The caller ID system is also wrong for letting it happen.

We had a bank solicitation that left a message on our answering machine (late evening hours) .. saying it was urgent we call them back! So we called back and it certainly was NOT something urgent!
