I have lost 2 inches around my waist but....

have not lost any weight!!!! I am doing the Zone diet. My friend told me not to go by the scale but it is driving me nuts. I get on the scale every morning. It is freaking me out that in less than 6 months I have to put on my dress in front of everyone. I waited until the last minute to diet and start exercising and know I am afraid that I won't be in shape.

2 inches around the waist is a lot Don't worry about the weight. If you lost 2 inches then you are doing something right!
