I have never been so happy to be at work!

My tire blew apart on the Meadow Brook parkway this morning!

I lost control of the car and luckily didn't hit anyone or anything

I called roadside assistance and they were there before I hung up the phone!

I am still a little shanked up- and I have to drive slow b/c may car doesn't have a full size spare!

Good thing my Dad is retired b/c he is able to go find me a new tire today b/c my car has weird size tires

no tire until Tuesday- it's a special order- so my Dad is going to give me his car to drive until mine is fixed

Wow - thank goodness you are safe. I had a blowout once and it was one of the scariest things ever!

OMG!!! that had to have been so scary!!! i am glad you are allright.

sorry about the tire not coming in until tuesday.....but glad no 'real' damage to the car was done...

PS: when I saw the topic of your post, I was like WHAT, WHAT 'happy to be at work'!!!
