I am looking for a beauty salon that does hair and makeup for the day of my wedding. I was debating having someone come to me but it seems like such an expense. Can anyone recommend a good salon in the Riverhead/Wading River/Calverton/Baiting Hollow/Manorville area? I would appreciate it soooo much. Thanks a ton in advance :) - Stephanie

You can't go wrong with Cactus. Check out the website for location near your area. I like the one in Smithtown, but it's a little too far from where you are.

We didn't get make-up done there but I know they do it also, Pavlova Salon in Wading River (they also have one in St James). They did hair for me, MOB, MOH and 3 BMs--you can see pics in my albums. The stylists who did it were Kerri, Dina, DinaRae, and Annette (she did my mom, she's her regular stylist). They were great!
