Fire Island! You can all take the ferry over, hang on the beach and then go out that night. There is a late ferry I think like at 1am or so. You can also stay over... there are hotels. I wanted to do that, but it's dead out there in May.
Or the vineyards... that sounds like fun too.

there is also the Culture Club and Lucky Changs that i heard were great. I think I'm doing that and adding a little spa into it...
