THE ELECTRTIC IS 1300 and the GAS is 1400

The Maytag Neptune Drying Center will take the fear out of drying your favorite sweater or expensive wardrobe. The Maytag Neptune Drying Center pairs a traditional tumble dryer with a revolutionary upper drying cabinet that minimizes shrinkage, speeds up the drying process, reduces wrinkles, eliminates odors and refreshes clothes û saving time and money. The multi-purpose design, which fits in about the same floor space as a standard dryer, responds to consumers´ cries for better garment care from their dryers. Long known as the company that revolutionized the way consumers clean clothes, Maytag debuts the Maytag Neptune Drying Center as a revolution in the way people dry them.

The Maytag Neptune Drying Center uses a patented BreezeCare Drying System that moves air around and through clothes, using gentle temperatures that are easy on fabrics. Warm air infused with steam passes through multidirectional openings, gently drying or refreshing every item in the drying cabinet. Steam is generated with tap water held in a removable container located behind the small door on the front, right side of the unit. The WrinkleRelease(TM)Rod at the top of the cabinet sways back and forth as the clothes dry. Fragrance can be added to any cycle using the Dryer Sheet Caddy(TM) to refresh that smelly jacket

The Maytag Neptune Drying Center has the flexibility to hang dry up to 13 items. Clothes can hang and flat dry in the same cycle in the unit. Hang up to nine items using special ShapeSaver hangers included with the unit. Flat dry up to five items on removable mesh shelves and tuck away hats, scarves or tennis shoes on conveniently-placed door hooks. Shut the doors and voila û clutter eliminated, time and money saved

With 24.3 cubic feet of total drying space, the Maytag Neptune Drying Center has the largest dryer capacity in the industry. The 7.0-cubic-foot tumbler and 17.3-cubic-foot cabinet can be operated simultaneously. The oversize-capacity-plus Neptune tumble dryer is roomy enough for bulky rugs and bedspreads.
