I have the All Clad Stainless Steel Cookware and our new home allows for an Electric Stove Will this effect the cooking?

How is the cooking on an electric stove with stainless steel cookware?

And, how do you clean an electric stove? I hear you have to be careful on what you spray on it. Thanks

is it a radiant heat stove or a regular coil one??

I have the All Clad Stainless Steel Cookware and have had both the coil (then) and radiant heat (now) electric stoves. My cookware is A-OK

All-Clad works just as well on an electric (transfer heat or coil) stove as it does a gas stove b/c of the sandwiched aluminum core which helps distribute the heat evenly throught the pan/pot.
