One of my bridesmaids took me to the Manolo Blahnik sample sale this afternoon and we had the BEST time. I had never tried any Manolo's before (not big on the $$ shoes). But my BM got me to check it out (I'm a sucker for a sale). And we found the most perfect pair of slingbacks to go with my wedding dress. And to top it all off SHE BOUGHT THEM FOR ME AS MY FIRST WEDDING PRESENT!!

I am a big dork - it's 12:30, I have a crapload of work to do, but instead I'm dancing around my apartment in my PJ's and my new shoes!!
It takes so little to make me happy!!
They are the most comfortable shoes EVER!!!

That's a great gift!! I sent one of my BMs to that sale yesterday and told her to pick me up anything she thought I would like in a 7 1/2 but she didn't get me (or herself) anything.
