what about reading? that can always calm me down and make me sleepy...

Yea, tell me about it! After the bar exam, i got into the habit of grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw while I slept. Sort of got rid of it a few months ago... Now that we are booking vendors, it's baaaccckkk!

This past week I just can't get to sleep either...lol...with everything going thru my mind most nights I have to put the tv or the radio on so that I can sleep

OK- I have to log off and get some sleep!
AM radio always does the trick. I usually listen to 770 am... puts me to sleep within 20 minutes.

I've always had to sleep with 'white noise' because FI snores, and it drives me crazy! But, even if the snoring stopped now, I probably couldn't sleep without my little air purifier (Sp is really bad today!)!
Meanwhile, he says I sleep like I'm dead! He actually freaked out a few times during our first nights sleeping next to each other...he was scared I was dead, he shook me awake, I was like, 'What the Heck are you doing to me???'
