I have to MOH's. Should they wear matching dresses?

One Maid of Honor is going to be 7 months pregnant on the day of, and the other is not. The pregnant maid of honor would be wearing a hot pink color while the bridesmaids wear a pink (she accidently ordered her dress in hot pink and cannot change it). Should both maid of honors wear similar style dresses? Or should the maid of honor who is not pregnant wear a bridesmaid dress? Please help!

I think if you want it to be obvious that they're both MOHs, then have both in hot pink, or have the other MOH in another complimentary color. I don't think it has to be the same dress, but if she could get the BMs dress in hot pink, that would look pretty symmetrical.
