i have to plan my sisters baby shower.. no idea...

where to have it?? I want to stay in the vicinity of Long Beach- she'll be in her 8th month in July and very uncomfortable.. i have to try to keep the price down since i am also part of a bridal shower the following month- my cousins...
any suggestions of a restaurant?

and.. this may be a silly question but i have never thrown a baby shower before... do you serve liquor there- obviously not for the sis but for the guests like beer/wine.... itlll be a sat or sunday afternoon...

I can only answer the alcohol part because I dont know anything about LB. But yes, you can serve alcohol to the guests.

thanks darling... love the catch but thats where i had my bridal shower... corbin- my rehearsal dinner... trying to stay away from those... sutton- chris's roommate works there...maybe nick d'angelos.......

I had my sisters baby shower last year five days before my wedding..we had a blast..we did serve wine throughout, it was a really fun shower at nice restaurant..Id highly recommend it, but its in NJ! If ya need any ideas though as far as activities..just let me know!

We hold almost every event at a local bar/restaurant where there is a fixed brunch menu. They charge 12.00 per person, 2 complimentary mimosas, wine, bloody Mary's, and no charge for the room.

There is great service and since the waitresses work their buns off, I tip them really well.

We have foind that this brunch set up works for us and is always affordable.

I would serve wine or some kind of punch with alcohole. If you have a brunch, even better you can have mimosas, bloody mary's, screwdrivers, and punch. I can't help with places in Long Beach.
