its might not have been sears directly workng on it. sears hires different outside repair people (my fi manages one such company). its amazing how not trained some of these people are! i'm not surprised that it took them 3 times from the stories i hear from my fi. good thing 3rd times a charm! ~lacey

Well it took them three times to get to my house to fix it. Actually four times total to fix it.
