That's so great. Congrats!! What an accomplishment. FH tried & was doing really well for a while, but now he's slowly going back I think he're going to do a hypnotist, but GREAT going on your part!

We are SO proud of you!!! I used to smoke. Gave it up and never looked back. You can do it. And remember, every day that you are not smoking, your lungs are getting pinker and pinker.

way to go! it'll only pay off! i was once a smoker and quit cold turkey. it's been a few years now and i'm not itching for a cig. in fact, i find the smell disgusting.
