I hope this is Not a Dumb Question

I haven't had my period since January, and want to get to TTC, met w/ the gyno last week, have the Infertility appt in 2 weeks, have blood tests to take, having the hot flashes (as in peri menopause), had a sonogram this weekend ---now TODAY i got my period....I had a feeling yesterday and FH was away w/ the guys and told him we had to try when he got home, but I was alseep and he was too tired....i called the doctor, he hasn't called back, so the question, 'can I get p.g. during my cycle'? I have been trying forever NOT to get p.g., now I want to get p.g. and don't remember!

I think it's pretty fair to see you can't get PG while AF is visiting (Aunt Flo). Ovulation is usually half way through your cycle (as in if your cycle is 28 days, ovulation would occur around the 14th day, but it may be earlier or later) and then you should do the deed an the 8th day, 11th day, 13th day, and 15th day....

it's just one month...you'll be ready and rarin' to go in 2 weeks.....but don't stress over it...have FUN TRYING!!!
