i joined...

Weight Watchers and the gym today!!

Finally getting my a$$ in gear and going to lose these 20 or so lbs before my wedding!!!
Plus it feels good to be good to my body!!!

YAY!!!! wish me luck girls!!

Thats awesome! Congrats! I've been on the fence about joining for about a year now. It's so expensive!!! but with results like yours it seems totally worth it.

My mom's been on WW for the past couple of months and has lost almost 30 pounds already.

Its a good plan as long as you stick to it. Also try to use all of your points for the day. My mom said she finds she loses more when she uses up her daily points.
