I joined Bridal Bootcamp!

I can't wait our 'platoon' orientation is July 2nd and it meets mondays after that, 3 month session.

Finally a program that will kick my butt and get me into awesome shape!

Tell us about it....I want to know how many times a week, is it a class or a one on one session????

Well, I told FI and he was annoyed and said it was a waste of $$


Orientation starts on July 2nd. THen its every monday from 8-9:30 in Union Square.
She has 100% success rate, every member has met their goals. This is partly because she doesn't let anyone join, you have to talk to her first and she'll get an idea of how badly you want to get in shape and also because you have to pay up front. It comes to about $48. a class, or 660 for 13 weeks. You get a book and a program set up for your goals with weight, muscle tone etc. It begins for half hour of going over the week and just talking, lesson plans etc, then an hour of intense workouts. She tells her brides that they should be under their goal weight so if you gain a pound or 2 the month of you wedding, you're not stressing that your not at your 'goal' You also meet girls that have been in the program and they will tell the recruits what they did to work certain parts so they look good in their dress like their shoulders etc.

Can you tell I'm excited about this???

That sounds like a great program, and at least you will be with other girls inspiring you!!!! I always need that~
