I joined Weight Watchers today

FI, his cousin (who is a BM) his aunt and I joined today. FI's mom joined last year.

I love it. I went to my first meeting today and my leader is so awesome. She's so nice, very energetic and she really gives you encouragement. She joined WW 2 years ago and lost over 60 pounds. She showed us pictures and I couldnt believe it was her. She puts stickers on your card if you lose weight or celebrated anything. Even if you lost 1 ounce she puts a sticker on your card. She said I know your thinking I am not in kindergarden, but in a few weeks you'll see, you'll be saying don't forget the sticker. She really encourages you and if you 'fall off WW' its ok, it happens.

I walked out of there and was ready to go full force. FI felt the same way. We're going to be each others support.

That is so great, I was on weight watchers about two years and lost thirty pounds in about eight months. Good luck and if you need any advice just email me.

I joined today, also. I'm sitting here right now eating my 1 cup of baby carrots and 2 tbsp of fat-free veggie dip (meanwhile, I'm dying for a plate of Outback's cheese fries - but I digress).
