I joined WW online, just a little review :)

I decided to join ww online b/c i know i would never go to the meetings and its great so far, its only been 3 days but still.
You can keep your journal, update your weight loss, look up recipies and chat or look at the message boards of what other members have to say. Just wanted to say i recommend it to anyone who is to busy to go to the actual meetings.Anyone else a member online to ww?

I'm a member too! I enjoy it, wish I coudl weigh in at a public place to keep me in line, but that would never happen. I love the recipe search option!

i'm going on my 4th week and so far i'm down 3.5 pounds. i love the points calculator feature - it really helps when planning your meals. i find that i have been eating so much healthier lately, now that i journal everything i eat. of course, i still use the slimdown board here for moral support!!

I am a member also, but i dont think it is online, I just bought the start-up material...I paid $100 plus tax...But I am doing great so far...lost 10 pounds in 5 weeks...The calculator is great...and I still can look up recipes online...and can call a 800 number for 26 weeks and ask them questions....so for so good...

for the online WW membership, i think it was something like $56 for three months. then it is either $15 or $20 a month after that. for me, it is so worth it. i find that WW is the easiest plan to stick to - you can eat regular foods, just in proper moderation. go to www.weightwatchers.com for more info.

I bought all the books. I think I am going to try it on my own...if this doesn't work, then I will try the membership online.

How many points are you allowed if you are under 150lbs? Also, does it make a difference on how many carbs, dairy, meet, etc. you eat?

scoop it is 18-23 per day (points). Yes it does make a difference carbs are baaad very very bad LOL

I do WW on-line and I love it. One week I gained a pound and I felt so guilty, little clip art with sun behind clouds made me feel so guilty, lol....so it is easy for me to stick to it!

I love rice & pasta. I'm really going to try and do this. I need to lose 15lbs.
