i'm so upset, FI is laughing! we went to price club and he wanted to try on of their pizzas. okay, simple enough. directions say 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. i put it in for the 15 minutes and take it out and the bottom is totally black
we had to order a pizza from across the street!!

Don't feel bad! EXACT same thing happened to us! You're lucky though, you can order some good pizza there, we won't eat the pizza in MA, it's just not the same

Prncss-----where are you in MA? I am in RHode ISland...and NO GOOD PIZZZZA ANYWHERE!!! We do not get any pizza anymore because we hate eating cardboard with cheese..and even Pizza Huts Big New yorker, is NOT the REAL thing...not even close....so we tend to buy Totinos Party Pizza in the Stop & Shop! I could really go for a nice slice of sicilian from Conca D'oro in Sag Harbor (My HOMETOWN) Yummmmmmy.....
And what kind of Wimpy pizzas they have when the Large looks like a NY Small.....uugh..no big floppy cheesy pieces....and I still don;t get the 'Pizza Strips' they sell EVERYWHERE...and all it is is like bread with sauce on it---not even cheese..how do they call that Pizza???

I live in southern massachusetts in Bridgewater, about 40 minutes from providence, if that. I laughed at the guy the first time we got pizza here. Need I say it was the last...haha. Where in Rhode Island are you?

I am out in Cranston...right down the street from the new Krispy Kreme that Just opened...FH LOOOVES them....so do I, but its not a good deit food! hahahahahah...did you get any of your wedding stuff (dress, BM dresses, favors) out here??

I am planning on getting my dress in Attleboro at the David's Bridal there, but I am moving back to LI next month, so I will get everything else there. We have PLENTY of time, so I am going to wait on a lot of things. How long have you lived in Rhode Island? Do you like it up here better than LI? FH and I miss LI SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much. haha. We can't wait to go back! Actually, FH will be here finishing school till December. I'm gonna miss him! But I need to find a teaching job, so I am going before him. Sniff, sniff....

Not real crazy about Rhode Island...its very affordable to live though..we have a 2 bedroom apt. in an apartment complex with a pool for $835/month, includes heat and hot water....could not rent a ROOM in LI for that price....thats what is keeping us here...its affordable..he is from NJ originally, and does not care to go back there...but i love Long Island and miss it sooo much..its in everything I do/say....I am really homesick, but if/when FH and I can make and SAVE money, we can go back there..but we can;t go to my hometown--Sag Harbor (Hamptons Area) its waaay waay too much...we would have to go further up the island..but thats a ways away...hopefully by the time we have children (2-3 years after marriage) we can go back to Long Island....
ANyways, I know of the Davids you are going to..its pretty new---and the Christmas Tree Shops is right across the street if you need any kinds of stuff for favors or whatever.....
Well, good luck in your move back to Li---and before you know it---FH will be there too!!!!!!

you are bbb?? Where is it at? My parents are coming here next weekend...my brother and his Gf were sposed to come too, but waited till too late, and there are NO HOTELS anywhere!!!!!!! Brown and Johnson & Wales have Graduations next weekend...(do not know who else) They also ahve Waterifres on Sunday ngiht---have you ever been?? Prncss--have you??? TOTALLY something to check out....free and very romantic!!

the wedding is actually 5/31. i have to be there next weekend for the bachelorette party, rehearsal, etc... its at the marriot in newport (or is it radisson? i cant remember which hotel chain!) were staying at motel 6 somewhere nearby. the bride booked it for us, but i have to call to confirm. i dont have the paperwork here with me (im at FH house) to check the location.

FH talks about the waterfires ALL the time! I've never been, though! We will have to go check it out. Holly, I am jealous that it is so cheap in RI! We pay 1100 for a one bedroom in a complex! TOO MUCH! I'm from Smithtown and it is not THIS expensive!

Rachel, It is cheap for rent---BUT we don;t make a lot of money at our jobs in comparison to Mass---since Mass is co close, I should just get another job in mass----I think I want to work at the E. Square Mall at Build-A-Bear! I love that place! There is a Waterfires next SUnday (the day before Memorial day) If you guys are around, 9and its not rainy) go check it out! I looove it..mayb FH and I will have my parents take our pics with it in teh Backround for our Engagement pic...that would be cool! We'll see!

True about the salaries. I make so much more here than I would in NY. I work in a private school and get paid like the teachers in public schools on LI, if not better. So I guess in comparison, it's not like I'm paying any more or less. I will try to get FH to go check out the waterfires next weekend, it would be a lot of fun. Thanks!
