i just asked the lady who runs the bridal registry what i should do and she basically told me that things dont look good! ... she said that they are having trouble getting things that they dont have in stock ... sooo if they need to order anything they may not be able to get it. they are waiting for someone else to buy them but are not sure what is going to happen. ... i think i am going to switch my registry to macys ... but i really dont want to im sad!

I'm soo sorry for all of you ladies going through this. I can tell you that I registered at Macys and they were wonderful, I know it's not anything you want to hear, but I just figured I would try to offer you something. Good Luck!

somebody posted in another thread today that they are closing February 17th. So i would NOT take a chance, i would just move your registry over to another place

Mich, I wouldnt take the chance. I'm registered at Macy's and they offer rewards and they have mostly all the same things as Fortunoff and whatever they don't have you can put on ur BBB registry too -- do it before your mom sends out the invites.

They didn't say anything to me about it. I just signed up for the Dream Club rewards card (I think that's what it's called). I wonder what's going to happen.

that is so messed up of them seriously. I had so many issues with fortunoff;s with problems and rudeness and doesnt surprise me.
