I found a house on MLSLI yesterday, last nightwe did a drive-by of this house, peaked in the windows (vacant)-i love it...it needs some work by FH is a carpetner, and I like the idea that this house has new hardwood floors and new kitchen, so it makes up both happy, the most amazing thing is....I called my best friend, who is my MOH, and told her about this house that it is down the street from her grandparents house that we use to visit when we were little, it turns out that this house is her AUNTS house! Can you believe this! We are viewing the house tonight w/ the Agent, and my b.f. is calling her mother to see if we can maybe get it for a better price etc..is this a 'SIGN'?

It is in East Patchogue, in the 'Shores' it is a block from the Great South Bay, which is off of South Country Road, a stretch of that road is so pretty...Not too keen on the Village of Patchogue though (NO Offense to anyone!).
