I just checked Duet on BBB

Its possible they that Duet is not their legal name. Also, not every company is listed with the BBB. It doesn't mean they are illegal.

I wouldn't worry. There are a lot of brides on this forum using them. If there were any negative feedback, you would hear it here.

If they do not come up on BBB, it means that there are no complaints filed against them. That's a good thing.

That would either mean they arent registered with the BBB or there are no complaints against them.

After checking all of my vendors I realized a lot of them are not listed. Now I can relax today when I book them, I am soo excited!
