and it feels great!!! just wanted to share that with all of you!! my last hour consisted of Yoga class so i could relax!! i've been too lazy lately so i need to stretch! anyway i know the weather was craptacular but i hope everyone's day went welll

I wish I had the attention span and the motivation to stay at the gym for 2 hours. Sometimes when I go with FH he makes me stay that long and I start getting bored lol
