I just did it Goldi... I'm Officially

I'm officially Mrs. Lisa Marie I**** at Social Security!!! The one on Fed. Plaza in Lower Manhattan is great!

I went this morning and was #6 at 9 am. The security guard was hilarious and asked me why I would get married. I held up my rings and said, 'that's why' He then proceeded to show everyone my rings and even wished me a happy belated birthday. He told me 'my man better buy me a lexus for my birthday.' I said, 'If he did, I would have gotten here sooner.'

I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I really dreaded it...but when I sent my DH a picture message of my new name all typed out with my new address...he wrote back 'WOW'.... That meant so much and I know this means a lot to him.

Thanks Leslie for your words, as usual, you know how to make us all feel better!!!
