~ So the other day I put up on my facebook that my wedding dress was in and and i was so excited!!! I mean who wouldnt be ...so all my friends would know...well under the comment a lady i know that i did babysit her kids said ...so what now a bridezilla ..i was like what is she talking about ...i dont even fit that at all...and i have no idea why that was said....my friend who knows her too said some people will say things so dont take it the wrong way...but in a way it does ...am i wrong....

People are rude. They don't think before they speak and quite frankly they watch too many wedding shows that portray every girl as a raving lunatic instead of enjoying planning their wedding.
I guess nobody ever taught them if they had nothing nice to say than say nothing at all?
Don't take it personal--they probably say it to every bride--some people are just so ridiculous..

Yea i dont ..i just find it to be a little ridiculous myself...i totally agree with you on watching to many bride show..LOL...just b/c we are bride does not mean that we are bridezilla's ...some people to me are soooo stupid

My whole family calls me a bridezilla and I just laugh it off! I have to- otherwise I go off the deep end and that's not good for anyone

ITA!!! My mom calls me 'zilla' bc I'm not a bride. That's fine though bc, well, she's my mom. Lol. But I hear it from other people too who have NO place to make a comment about me or my wedding! A woman at work snapped at me when I was talking about my wedding to someone else and said 'you're rude! You think your wedding is more important than god!'. WOW. And I know they are joking, but when I got engaged one of m BM to be said she's going to decorate the hall with pig things and get a pig cake topper (bc I love piggies) but I laughed and said 'shower and RD are fine-but none of that at wedding.' She was like 'oh, ok bridezilla'. At a showcase once I was telling a DJ what I want and didn't want and one of the girls was like 'oh, the horns are coming out already. Watch out for bridezilla' I know people don't mean it badly-for the most part, but the sarcasm isn't necessary when we are planning and anticipating one of the most important and memorable days of our life!

I just learn now not to pay att. to them at all...and the funny part I asked my FH if i was one and he laugh and said no ..... but if i want to talk about my wedding i can ..b/c is a big deal to me might not be to you ...but i dont care anymore ...LOL...
