my mom just told me (since she is in NY she has more contact with some vendors than i do these days) a month from today and i just found out!!! it was joe from pedastals, he is the REASON i booked them! i am so upset, but apparently he left STRICT instructions!! AHHH!!!

Thats a hard one, but really, they are very reputable and I think it'll work out great especially with his strict instructions. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

you could insist on meeting with the replacement florist
Take a deep breathe and relax. I'm sure everything will be ok. You booked a reputable company who relys on their reputation! I'm sure everything will fall into place!
