And turned my heat on. Wish me luck my system works. Last year our chimney had collapsed and we almost died.

I thought it was bad when our boiler caught fire cause our stoooopid landlord didnt have it cleaned for the past six years

even better was my roomate ws in the shower and I wasnt even home!!! thank goddness both of our men are firefighters!! hahaha it was so funny she tld me that when the smoke alarm went off instead of turning off emergency switch to boiler she ran around the house turning all the thermostats down!! she is a freakin nutcase
