From a guy. He said I was selected from a card I filled out at an expo (which I've never been to) and won a 3night 2 day all expense paid honeymoon to my choice of Wyndham in DR, mexico or Bahamas, all inclusive no strings attached.
HOWEVER, I have to make an appointment to have one of his representatives come into my home and give a 90 minute presentation trying to sell me their cutlery products.
Am I the only one who thinks this is fishy??
girls, just stay aware if you get a call like this. I've read articles on how people know when your gettin married and know you won't be home all day then rob your house. I wonder if its a ploy to case my home and see whats inside?
I don't know, I might be paranoid, but my mom always told me...if it's too good to be true, it probably is.

No I had no plans on it...in fact I told him that I didn't think it was a good idea for his representative to come to my house cause my rottweiler doesn't really like strange people =)
I just got a call too! Some girl left me a VM from a 347 # saying my fiance and I won some amazing package. I had my sis call her back (I didn't feel like talking) - she said I filled out a card somewhere (but I don't fill those things out and I've never been to any bridal shows)... after a few minutes my sis realized it was some bogus thing, I would have to go online and fill out some survey or something...... how annoying to get calls like this at 8pm on my personal cell!!!!!!!

dont do it. i did it once (we went to a hotel with a group of people) it was a waste of time and its not as simple as 'sit and listen to us and you get....'

I've gotten a bunch of those since I got engaged. Beware they are scams! They always say that I filled out a cards, or perhaps someone filed one out on my behalf. Yeah right, if someone that I know did that they would have let me know. I don't know what the plot behind it is but DON'T fall for it!
