Yes, and in the end, we decided to not do it. I really thought about it and didn't want anything to interfere with our day. I'll sit back and watch the show but in the end I wanted our day to be ours.

I think you should go for it.

It would be awesome to see JT and the Dome ROom on TV

Same here. I could have been on it if i wanted to, but it was too stressful.

I'd say do it as long as you consider everything involved. If you're a nervous bride it may be too overwhelming to have that to think about in addition to your wedding. Make sure you can also deal with all the criticism from the 3 other brides that you'll see and hear when it airs.

This is the main reason I wouldn't want to do it. I have enough people judging my wedding without 3 other brides critiquing it, and having it broadcast on national tv.

MY SIL got a call back but she decided in the end not to do it.

someone i know was on the show ... she didn't win though but she had a really good time and doesn't regret being on it.

one of the main reasons i didn't want to go is that i didn't want to share my budget with people (i'm very private about finances and whatnot) ... but if you don't mind, i'd say to go for it.

just remember that even if you lose, you'll still have an amazing wedding, regardless what the other three brides say

I went so far as to fill out the application and send it back...

Then they said that my RH won't allow filming there...

Oh well...
