I just got my year end performance review....

I am in a new position for the company (we never had HR before) reporting to a new CFO and I have been so nervous about this. He is really tough and very judgemental. He gave me an awesome review! I can't believe it. He made me feel so good about the job I have been doing. He said he really has faith in me to get this position to be a real success for the organization. I am so surprised by it. Maybe this will turn into a nice raise now too! I am so excited that I just wanted to share! Thanks for letting me!
