I just got off the phone...

with a DJ company to find out why they weren't there for our appointment. I live in suffolk county and the company is in Mineola so it was quite a drive. So the girl on the phone says, 'Well we were here did you ring the bell?' I say no I didn't see one and then she asks if I want to reschedule!?!?!?!? Absolutely not! And get this.... she hung up on me. b!tch! Thanks for wasting an afternoon for me.

It took me awhile to find the place because I'm not familiar with the area and when I finally got there the door was locked! I was late so I figured they just weren't there although still annoyed, the phone thing got me really mad

yup! When she asked if I wanted to reschedule I was thinking 'OK let me fork over a few grand and hope you'll show up! Cause you didn't for our appointment.

Yeah I asked FH to call the DJs too... and I went to two appointments by myself... he was at work though.....

I've heard so many good things about them too! I get so confused getting all these recommendations!! This is not the first time I've been disappointed meeting a vendor people rave about!!!
