I just got stood up

My FH and I went to a certain grille that I've heard great things about on this site...

I specifically called yesterday to ensure we can talk to someone today between 6:30 and 7pm to discuss a Rehearsal Dinner..

The guy said, yes, just come in and ask for XYZ or ABC..

We get there and the hostess tells us that neither person is in nor do either plan to being in. She proceeds to say that no one is available to help us... But she gives us a catering menu... you know the kind where you buy dishes by the tray to have it at home!!! ***???

Sorry guys, but I had to cross this one off my list!

On a good note.....That was our last Venue so we picked our Rehearsal Dinner based on what we did see...

Hemminway's in Wantagh... Here we come with our deposit!!!

Wow!!! I can't believe that they thought you'd actually want to give them your business after that...

Congrats on deciding on your RD though!!! Better that you have problems with them now instead of going with them and having issues later!!!
