My wedding gown is in!!!! Now mind you, I would be a lot more excited, except for the fact that the manager at Demetrios basically threatened that if I didn't start my fittings by NO LATER than the first week in February, then they would be super busy and booked.. I was like, I am a bride too and my dress is paid for in FULL and you are going to treat me like THAT??? W-T-F!!!! so I would be psyched, but now I really have to stop eating Twinkies and start on the carrots..
SO what should have been really exciting for me, just s*cked @ss...
Am I wrong to be upset????

No your not wrong to be freaking out. I would be too. I haven't even gone to look at dresses yet , I have list of what I want to try on.
The plan is to start January 1 and you would be surprised by how good you'll feel once you start fresh in the New Year. You'll have plenty of time to take it off. It would be your first fitting and not your last, so you'll still have time to get in shape.

I would be freaking out too-who the hell does she think she is talking to you as if you didnt order and pay for you gown with them? Dont worry about being in shape, I am sure that by the time it comes you will look fantastic

#1 to be told you have to be there at a certain time, otherwise their booked is ridiculous. And #2, If your dress is paid in full, they have some nerve!!! And #3 .......STOP eating your freakin twinkies .Do you know that when I went for my first fitting and saw myself in pictures at 5'11 and 140 lbs, my face looked like one of those blow toads. We're our own worst critics. Just be more aware of what you eat Day Day. This is an exciting time for us!!!!! Screw em' anyway.....thats all I have to say!

i HATE when the bridal shops just throw customer service out the window--cause your gown is paid for! that is so common.
don't let them tell you when you have to do things! i mean yes, february is a good time to start your fittings--but they way they said it...SO RUDE!!!!!

awww.... They shouldve worded it better. i think they just want to make sure you'll have time for your fittings for your april wedding. i'm getting my first fitting in mid feb for my may wedding.
