I just had my E- Party..yday

Now it's over :( LOL

less than 2 yrs til im married...it feels like it will take forever,

But I had my E party at La Piazza in Merrick..small room seats 80 people but it was great, and great food!

How did everything go??? Mine is on August 23rd! Tell me, did you register? Did you get/expect to get a lot of gifts? Family keeps asking me, and we really don't want gifts, just for our families to meet, but the extra $$ would always be nice!

Hey!

Everything went well.. Everything I panicked about (i.e. no one will dance etc) worked out FINE!

We probably made about half the cost of the party back. Some people bought gifts..although I didnt register. Someone gave me an electric coffeemaker, with coffee mugs and a cake platter from bloomies!

Then i got 2 lenox frames (one of which is hideous) lol..and some other frames.. 1 gift card.. but mostly money!

Yay its so much fun. I just had mine a few weeks ago and it was just a blast. Glad u had a great time.

Hey, we are engagement party twins! I had my eparty yesterday, too. We had it at my parents house and i was freaking about the weather, but as soon as the first guests arrived, it started clearing up and then it was BEAUTIFUL out.
I felt the same way last night. Now my eparty is over :( For the girl who asked if you registered...I registered and am so glad i did. 90% of my gifts were money or from the registry. DEFINITELY register at Tiffanys. I didnt think anyone would get me anything from there, but they did. ;)
