I'm so happy! It wasn't a huge turnout, but everyone was so nice. We had it at this Chinese Buffet place out in Brooklyn. Everyone who's worried about not getting anything - people wait until the last minute. A lot of my stuff was bought today! We got a George Foreman grill (I REALLY needed a new one) a microwave and some of those Macy's towels. I really appricated everyone who came and all the effort that went into it.

No, my MOH and I said any Sunday in April or May, and my dad wanted to do something today. So when I checked in with her, she told me, which was always a possibility. But I didn't know anything else about it at all.
Before the shower we (me and MOH and another friend) went to brunch in the city, which was really nice too.
